Depending on the size and location of the skin tag, I may use one of several methods to achieve the best result.

Radiofrequency Excision

In some cases, I use radiofrequency technology to carefully remove the skin tag while minimizing trauma to surrounding tissue. Small sutures may be placed to control bleeding and ensure proper healing.

Laser Skin Tag Removal

For certain patients, I may use the LightScalpel surgical laser, which allows for extremely precise removal of the skin tag. The laser can also help tighten surrounding tissue so that the area heals smoothly, often without the need for sutures.
